Jana Ertrachter, principal at the Ertrachter Group, will present a 75 minute workshop on Having Conversations that Matter. These conversations can take place anywhere with friends, colleagues, partners, and even strangers. More than ever we need conversations that bring people together for creative solutions. Participants will better understand their role and responsibility in having conversations that matter and will learn the costly mistakes that occur when someone interprets something that was not intended.
